5:56pm, Northbound Centennial Expressway/I-235
A pair of concerned citizens hang over the 50th Street overpass along the Centennial Expressway letting northbound commuters heading home know how they feel about the government’s proposed economic rescue plan: “No bailout,” read the florescent pink, hand-written signs.

The Obama campaign has released an official iPhone App that is available for free download.
Obama ‘08 is your official, comprehensive connection to the heart of Barack Obama and Joe Biden’s campaign, giving you the tools you need to make an impact and stay in the know.
Making a difference takes only moments using the Call a Friend feature. Want to do more? Find your local Obama for America HQ or look up local campaign events.
You’ll have instant access to Barack’s positions on important issues, as well as local and national campaign news as it happens. Photos and videos from the campaign trail are all here, too.
Download the free Obama ‘08 application
for your iPhone™ or iPod® touch »
So, for all of those who are wanting a quick handy reference guide to Obama’s position on the issues, this is the app for you, assuming you have an iPhone. It’s even handy for those who don’t support Obama, but don’t really know why because they’ve never actually ready his positions on the issues or his policy plans. (You know who you are!)

3:44pm, Fast Lane, Edmond
My van rolls through the drive through car wash at the Fast Lane on Broadway in Edmond, getting a long overdue cleaning after getting a long overdue oil change — all made possible by an early end to my work day.

11:59am, Richey’s Grill in the Oklahoma Tower, Downtown Oklahoma City
Karla joins me for an impromptu lunch date, an instant cure to the Monday malaise. (The gorgeous mid-day weather certainly helped act as an antidote to the Monday-induced mental dreariness.)

6:57am, Broadway Extension southbound
I grabbed a snapshot* of this thoughtless driver this morning on my commute to work after he/she threw out their still-lit cigarette butt out the driver’s side window. Instead of rehashing my feelings about such rude, selfish and carelessness behavior, you can read what I had to say about it three months ago.
Jerk.
* Taken with my iPhone, not necessarily the best at taking sharp pictures in low light while moving, as I’ve noted previously.
